Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your RAVAFA piece. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, or damage not caused by us cannot be accepted.
• Items marked Final Sale and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return Email ravafaclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges Need a different size? Return the original item and place a new order for the size you want.
